Punctuation and mote glitch
http://help.blog.co.uk/2009/06/08/spurious-text-6266202/
It seems that a combination of " anywhere in the post and the devil mote :> causes glitches on the page where some text will then appear on the top of the page.
Dunno if it's because " and > are both HTML characters so confuse browsers...
It does it in Firefox, IE and Safari.

I vaguely remember it happening with
and line breaks too, in comments.

I haven't been able to reproduce this, either with IE or Firefox.
If you have been able to reproduce it, could you link me to it?
thanks.

Hmm, weird...
It seems to be a strange collection of circumstances that makes it happen...
Test 1 is the original text NotBob posted:
http://designtesting.blog.co.uk/2009/06/09/test-6268970/
As you can see, going into the post drops the topnav down and posts some spurious text... earlier it was showing the entire sentence from "Caution"
Test 2 is your text... and it's not doing anything...

Yet from what I can see there's minimal difference...
Tres strange... spose it's not really a major problem in the long run, just strange!

PS, I've tried it with a couple designs, it's even more noticeable when I havent CSS'd the top out.
