Can't upload picture

No matter what I try, the upload fails and I get dumped back at login.

can you describe me the clickpath you use, to upload a picture?

what kind of picture were you trying to upload?

Further to this, and the emails I have sent you, I can now confirm that the fault is not at this end. I created a new blogger called walrustest, which CAN upload media, so it's not a firewall issue as I thought for a couple of days, after a Symantec update that fouled up my firewall. It MUST (surely?) be a problem with my account.
