Wendlane's blog
Hi,
Wendlane has had enough. Could somebody at BCUK please contact her and let her know why, after requesting her user name and password, in order to help her sort out her new blog, somebody has completely altered it and changed it beyond recognition? She deserves a response as she is paying for the service provided.
I hope somebody in BCUK is going to listen to this request, because, sadly, I think Wendlane has given up here and now wants a refund...

we did not log in yet, we always send an email prior to doing a login,
also its friday, we wont do anything before monday!
Furthermore i highly doubt someone would hack an blog to alter the header - we need a more accurate description of what happend by mail.
also ... the help forums are not the place for this, please contact the support via email, the forums are ment for reporting simple bugs or for user-to-user support.
i close this topic ... there are already a dozen of topics by wendlane which makes it near to impossible to keep track of whats happening.
