Deleted Started Again Same Problem

I have deleted the troublesome new blog and started again only to find exactly the same problem. I cannot use the design wizard and have never had this problem before. has it got something to do with the recent changes? I tried again this morning and again managed to get into uploading image, text colour background etc, then it suddenly reverted back to 'this page can't be displayed' or 'script error' java script is activated on my pc-why am I able to use the design wizard one minute and not the next? it's getting extremely frustrating.......

Please do not write 3 posts for one issue but keep us updated
in one. Did you upload the same image again and which blog is it?
Could you send an email with the codes you've entered to support?
Which browser do you use and which plug ins/ add ons are active?

I have just updated my 'happiness' without any problems blog so there is an issue with the new blog not a problem with my pc -have just tried again to update the new blog and the same problems occured. As for posting three times the first time was in the general help blog as I didn't realise this one existed. Not appreciating the 'slap' as I am having nothing but problems recently and frankly I am tired of it. I am usually a peaceful and chilled out person but I am not feeling particularly peaceful right now. It's very slow aswell and I keep getting thown out every time I try and post a comment.

    When I open design wizard I geta pop up - (cript error -code 0, line 5, char 3, null is null) - if I continue by clicking continue running scripts or not with a yes or no I can open the content page but cannot move the tags, clicking on them does nothing -there are no codes other than this. I can't activate modules etc. That is all I can tell you. I have however updated my existing blog Happy Soup without any problems.

      Do you "only" double-click on the widgets or do you drag and drop them?
      (Because clicking doesn't make them move anywhere.)

        I use drag and drop, as you can tell I have actually updated and used design wizard before on many occasions so I know how to use it, it's not me that can't use it, it is a problem with the system. I have used it succesfully for happy soup today. What do you mean by codes for images, there are no images, I deleted the whole thing and started again so there is nothing there atall at the moment as far as I'm aware? I haven't uploaded any as I can't use the design wizard. Browser is yahoo, 'plug ins, add ons' sorry no idea what you mean!

        Browsers: We support the latest versions of Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari.
        (Never heard of a Yahoo-Browser.)
        
        So if you understood you right; you did drag and drop widgets for your happy soup today blog and it worked but not for the new blog you wanted to change and activate? (We need to know that to fugure out if its your browser causing trouble or not.)
        
        Could you try it with another browser (like Firefox or I.E.)? Or could you even check from another computer?
        Is that possible?

        Internet explorer is my browser ,bt yahoo supplies my broadband, don't know why I said yahoo? I did use drag and drop on happy soup blog to test it out and all was fine. I have no access to another pc at the moment unfortunately.

        We have no idea why this happens only on a specific blog of you. When we have moved to the new data centre, we will look closer on your problem. Any information about the differences between the two blogs and your usage can help us to find the solution.

Ok still not able to access any other blog except happy soup blog, as soon as I go to design wizard and upload a picure etc if I preview it kicks me out, if I do anything atall it kicks me out, if I try and look at the blog it kicks me out -is someone going to do something about this as I am getting MAD!!!! The happy soup blog is not my major blog and I have paid for a pro account, some answers would be appreciated.

    Sorry, we can't reproduce your problem and we're pretty sure that is
    has something to do with you computer-settings (browser, firewall, plu-ins, add-ons etc.).
    
    Please try from another computer. Or maybe it already helps to download the latest I.E.
    Version http://www.microsoft.com/uk/windows/ie/downloads/default.mspx ???
    
    I just started a new blog with I.E. myself and everthing is working alright.
    And since its not happening to other users, we believe that it is not a general
    problem with blog.co.uk so we cannot really help you with this.

      Sorry but I can't accept that otherwise I wouldn't have another blog which I can customise would I? How can it possibly be my computer if the 'happy soup' blog is customisable - I have just tried again this morning and have at last managed to upload a picture and customise but was logged out every few seconds. I am absolutely furious at the attitude to this and feel as if I'm being treated like a complete idiot. I have paid for a pro account which allows me multiple blogs and at the present time I have one blog which is useable, this surely shows that it isn't my pc that's the problem? How do you account for the constant logouts? I mean logouts every few seconds which makes blogging on here for me nigh on impossible. It is also somewhat of a coincidence that i have had no problems until the last week and nothiong atall has changed about my pc

        I can understand that you're upset about that but to make sure, that it's not your computer you should
        try another one. Otherwise we don't know, where else to look for the problem and again can not be sure also that it is NOT your computer causing all this.

  Have you tried it on a different computer/ browser yet?
  
  It would also be helpful if you could answer these questions and send them to support@blog.co.uk.
  
  1. What operating system do you use (as specifically as possible)?
  2. What browser and do you use, and which version is it?
  3. Do you use browser extentions, for example Google Toolbar, etc?
  4. Do you have many windows or tabs open at the same time when the logout occurs?
  5. Are your username and password saved, do you use autologin or do you enter your details manually each time you log in?
  6. Are you logged out after a particular length of time?
  7. Please describe you 'clickroute' - where exactly you were when the logout occured, where you were going to, etc.
  8. Are you logged out as you go from the new design areas to the old, or vice versa? (You can recognise the 'new' areas due to the fact that they have more space at the sides, eg 'myblog' is new, but 'blogs' is old.
  9. If you are logged out when you click on a particular profile or blog, please let us know which one(s).

    Unfortunately I don't have access to another pc - I am going to try again later, deleting and starting again. Internet explorer is my browser, windows xp, no google googletoolbar, no other tabs open at time of creating the blog, I do use auto save but I still have to login evertime and it logs me out every few seconds, I will try and give you other info once I start new blog later today. Thankyou for getting back to me. I am not sure which version of IE so am going to check.

      Would it be willing to give us permission to log in to your account to see the problems first-hand?
      
      It would also help us determine whether the issues lie with our system or with your computer.
