Have you tried using the modules? They can make your design crash. First of all you go to Layout and choose one of the options - click on Save....ignore modules for the time being...then go to Content....and depending upon which design you chose start bringing the yellow list of items from Contents up to left column or right and left column if you've chosen a design with both - click on Save and continue....then go to style and work through each one adding your images in Header and the colour of your text and in General choosing your backgrounds...click on Save after Preview each time you Preview...then go to Left or Right column choosing text colour and size and background colour...again Preview then Save...when you're satisfied that you've got everything you want...go to Save and Exit...
If you want to have music, counters, etc,go the Modules, use HTML module 1 and 11 - you can put so many things in these but put too many and it crashes your blog so I tend to stick to just a couple of things...make sure you've activated them before you Save and Exit...there's a box at the top which you tick...usually the blog crashes in this way...it sends your contents list back to the Contents box at the bottom...and you have to put them all back in again....
Hope this helps...big hugs....

? Why am I being asked about Podules and Nodules? In the design section...there's a section called Modules...if anyone had a pro, they'd have found them every time they changed their site...

Ah! that explains it - I'm a poor poet who hasn't got a pro account!
That's the problem jen I can click on the yellow list of items but can't move gthem coz nothing works, i also log in and then am logged straight back out, I understand that there are resaons for the slow speed and logging in problems but why problems with actually designing the blog. I have paid for the privilege so am now getting very annoyed that not one of the tech team have bothered replying to my query.
Thankyou for popping by to help, what would i do without my pals hey? ((hugs)) x

Oh, damn, you have got problems...I still can't get them to save my login in details which is a pain but not as bad as yours....I'd definitely send a snotty email to them asking them why you're paying for no service at all, and ask why they haven't bothered to help you either...big hugs...
Thanks my lovely, i have had one of the team trying to help but I have managed to use the design wizard on happy Soup so it is very odd, hopefuly it will work out soon. (Hugs to you))

You mean your http://drawingdownthemoon.blog.co.uk/ blog?
You must have entered something with an invalid css/hmtl code which is now blocking everything else.
(Propably the header-imgage or something else in the design wizard.)
Can you remove your entered design-options and the header-pic?
Ok I'll give it a go and start again, I have added a header image but then removed it. I also had the problem before adding any design elements. It did work briefly last night but then went all wonky again. Thankyou team!
